“I want to thank the Florida Dairy Council for believing in me to enter this contest and of course everyone at Fuel Up to Play 60 for sharing the availability of the contest on social media and helping us believe in ourselves.” – Bobby, National Ambassador, FL

“Eating healthy is important to keeping your body well. We spend a lot of time in the outdoors and enjoy gardening and fishing. I came up with this fish taco recipe with my mom because we catch a lot of fish in our family. The recipe has Greek yogurt, whole wheat tortillas, quinoa, fish and lots of veggies. We tried lots of varieties to get the spice just right. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family.” – Grace, Fuel Up to Play 60 Team Member, NE

“I’m involved with my local Dairy Council through a nutrition program at my school. They recommended that I participate in this recipe challenge because I want to make a difference in my school and community. I knew I had to incorporate Dairy to make them proud, so I decided to make a list of all of my favorite foods and see what kind of recipe I could come up with. I talked with a local chef at the University in my town and he explained what the new “Super Foods” were and how important they are to our health. From there, I created a recipe that I thought would be great. I worked really hard through trial and error until I finalized my recipe that is now delicious and includes most of my favorite foods and the new super foods I have grown to like.” – Reagan, Summit Ambassador, WV
