My Program Advisor and I were recently invited by the Wisconsin Dairy Council and Milk Marketing Board to attend a Fuel up to Play 60 MVP Training Camp and Packer Family Night in Green Bay, WI. What a great time!
The day started with a photo shoot, which was a cool experience. Then we had a team huddle. We introduced ourselves and met with a few other Wisconsin MVPs in attendance as well. We learned some recruiting skills, which I am looking forward to trying out at my school to help make our team even bigger. Next, we broke into smaller groups to share ideas and get a game plan for the upcoming school year. I gained a lot of great information and my mind is churning with some ideas that I can’t wait to share with my team at school!
Then we met back up with our families for a heathy family tailgate which of course included our choice of chocolate or white milk to drink! We had to “fuel up” for our walk to Lambeau Field, which we did as soon as we were done eating. It was about a one mile trek and it started raining just as we arrived at the stadium. Once the rain stopped, we made it to our AMAZING second row seats and watched the Green Bay Packers in a practice scrimmage. Afterwards, there were some INCREDIBLE fireworks!
It was an HONOR to be chosen as an MVP and spend a super day with some truly motivating people. I actually cannot wait for the school year to begin so we can put our ideas to work!
Thank you Fuel up to Play 60 and the Wisconsin Dairy Council and Milk Marketing Board for yet another incredible experience!
