There were many great adventures and opportunities during my time as a FUTP 60 Ambassador. I enjoyed working with my school leaders and giving a Back to School speech. I enjoyed traveling to Indiana in 2016 for the Student Ambassador Summit, meeting new friends and learning new things. I won an award for a speech I wrote during the Summit, and because of that, I was invited to the Colts practice field and played a game of FLAG Football before we had to get back on the plane to head home. One of the best experiences was when I attended an Atlanta Falcons game.
FUTP 60 provided me the opportunity to stay in a nice hotel in Atlanta. We arrived the night before the game, ate dinner, and then went to bed to be rested up for the next day.
We woke up and rode a shuttle to the game. When we arrived, there were many games and activities for us to participate in before the game began. Before the game started, I was recognized by FUTP 60 and the Falcons organization. Being on the field, watching the players warm up and seeing multiple celebrities was a highlight of the day. We were escorted to our box seats and ate good food while watching the game.
I will never forget my first NFL game experience.
