Without a doubt, Fuel Up to Play 60 has inspired me and many others in this school to have better fitness and nutrition. Many students within this school have unquestionably been enthused by setting goals for themselves through inspiration from this program. By doing this, the school has a better learning community.

An example of this is nutritious breakfasts. It is amazing how many students skip breakfast. This, of course, is unhealthy. Fuel Up to Play 60 has encouraged me to eat more nutritious breakfasts, therefore helping me feel better for the rest of the day. Also, healthy snacks such as granola bars, veggies, and some fruits are an asset to good health. I myself have become healthier by having good nutrition goals. The same thing applies to fitness. Goal setting is one of the great things Fuel Up to Play 60 has to offer. Goal setting helps people to actually stick to their goals and have something to push for. Instead of overloading yourself with running five miles in a day, classmates can make their own goals that apply to them, which could be starting out with as little as a half mile a day and building up from that point. This program has helped me and countless others keep track of such things. I am speaking for the plethora of school students when I say “Thanks, Fuel Up to Play 60!”
