Hey everybody! I’m Tiger, an Alumni Student Ambassador for Fuel Up to Play 60!
At the beginning of every summer I challenge myself by setting healthy goals, either physical activity or healthy eating, that I want to achieve over the upcoming summer! This summer I told myself I wanted to lean up my meals and get more active!
A great way to get active during the summer is to get out with your friends and play sports! I play football for my high school here in Alpharetta, GA and we go out to the field every morning and run on the field to make sure we are conditioned for the upcoming season and then we practice our plays and just have fun while doing it!
Getting active is as simple as getting out and having fun for 60 minutes every day! Whether it’s walking your dog around the neighborhood, playing sports with your friends, or going for a run, it’s all getting you healthy one step at a time!
