I’IMG_1230m Bradley, a 7th grader from a small town in southern New Jersey. It was my first trip to the Summit, and I had a blast. I’m also a dairy farmer, but I’m not here to talk about that. I’m here to talk about other people, and my four ways to get others involved in Fuel Up to Play 60.

One: My first idea is to feed them yummy food you found with Fuel Up to Play 60. It could be anything from just low-fat or fat-free chocolate milk to refuel you to a delicious and nutritious recipe. Your friend will love the healthy food and want to eat more great foods. You can also tell them it will help them perform throughout the day by having more energy.

Two: Another way to get others involved in Fuel Up to Play 60 is to share the benefits of healthy eating and physical activity. One benefit is that they could get better grades in school. Another is that they will perform better in sports. I think it’s safe to say eating healthy and getting 60 minutes of play is a good idea.

Bradley R. - NJThree: A third way is to inform them that if they succeed with Fuel Up to Play 60, they could get prizes and maybe meet NFL players. For instance, a few weeks ago I got to meet an Eagles player. Your friends could even have a chance to receive prizes such as team hats and personalized jerseys!

Four: My final way to get others involved in Fuel Up to Play 60 is to explain to them the effect the program can have on their school and community. Firstly, it can help get money for their school, it could also put more delicious and nutritious foods in their cafeteria.

In conclusion, those are my four simple steps to getting your friends involved in Fuel Up to Play 60: Feed, Share, Inform, and Explain. Encourage others to join Fuel Up to Play 60. It can help everyone.
