This summer I stayed active by playing lacrosse on a summer team. I had to hydrate my body and eat healthy to be fueled up on the field and off the field. Without eating right I wouldn’t have enough energy to run around with my friends in between games.
Now that I told you how I stayed fit this summer, it’s your turn to tell me!
i have really enjoyed the NFL Fuel Up to Play 60 because it has helped me to be more active and eating healthier. i am so thankful for this program.

Hannah, Lacrosse looks intense. Great way to Play 60! I am a BIG football fan, so all summer long I’ve been in mini camps training for about two hours a day. My mom makes me walk with her and my sister for about an hours day. I have to drink at least three glasses of milk in my home a day. I love milk, but it is a rule. So I definitely Fuel Up. Oh, I like to go wakeboarding!
I love to play golf and I walk a mile everyday. I enjoy eating fruits and drinking milk with these cool got milk strawberry straws. I had a great summer!

I love to be fit and run a mile daily. Also, i play around the area near the country club for 30 minutes each day. Even on the weekends, i go bike riding and rollar skating 15 minutes each, and go play with my friends and interact with family! I also eat plenty of fruits and vegatables and get protein. however, i cant drink milk a lot because i am alergic to it, but im not lactose intolerant. Summer was awesome!
