Students at Alta Loma Elementary
Alta Loma Elementary students were very happy to win the “Are You In” Challenge. We can’t wait for our PEP RALLY with a Cardinals player. A small group of us 8th graders, who are part of the Fuel Up to Play 60 school team, signed the on-line pledge because we wanted to create healthy changes at our school. Then we made a phenomenal banner and encouraged other students at Alta Loma to sign it during lunch time and PE. We also used our school Facebook page to get the word out to the community. The students were excited and wanted to get involved in healthy changes for our school and their lives. We are proud to say that we got out whole school involved. Winning this challenge helps us to believe that we can make a difference.
