Every student needs breakfast. Why? Breakfast is important when you are a student because you always need energy in your body to move and think throughout the day.

Why do some kids have breakfast at school instead of at home? Home breakfast means that some kids eat anything, like foods with a lot of sugar, which is not healthy in the morning. School breakfast is the best choice because it’s all nutritious and keeps you moving throughout the day. For example, in my school breakfast, I always have milk, cheese, or fruits. I am sure to have a nutritious meal when I get my breakfast at school. I especially make sure to get in plenty of dairy foods for strong bones.

Eating a healthy breakfast before you start learning helps you focus in school. Breakfast is important, so you should eat your school breakfast, too.
