We have a feeling 2013 is going to rock! Our game plan is to eat good-for-you foods and stay active by trying new smoothie recipes made with low-fat yogurt and fresh fruit to kick-start our mornings and playing for 60 minutes every single day. What are some of your healthy New Year’s resolutions?
