I played FLAG Football for about 5 years as a kid, and I enjoyed every minute of it. I learned to adapt and go wherever the coach needed players. I was a swing player, which means I played positions from Quarterback all the way to Defensive Tackle. This made a lasting impact since I always wanted to be better. I still play about 5 times a year with my work and friends. Playing FLAG with my work brings everyone closer and gets them excited for competition.
During FLAG I was asked to be a Team Captain, and with that came responsibility and chances for leadership. As an Ambassador you will need to be prepared to lead more than just yourself, you need to be responsible for your team!
