Leadership is defined as the act of motivating and organizing a group of people to achieve a common goal. This is true with my own personal experience as a leader in my community. I can only add that being able to contribute your own special talent and working with others to achieve a goal adds to the experience of being an effective leader. As a leader, you need to be able to change and adapt to the changing needs of your goal and be able to recruit leadership skills of others to be successful.

When I think about the time that I will spend at the Student Ambassador Summit this summer in Chicago, I can’t help but think about all the leaders that I will be able to meet, learn from, share with and help change a future with.

This Summit of leaders will be a remarkable time that the leaders in each and every one of us will be able to shine and share the incredible ways that we contribute to this world and its future.

I can’t wait to see the new transformation that I will go through and the many different ideas that I will be able to share with all the leaders in my school.
