To enter the Casting Call Challenge, go to the Fuel Up to Play 60 homepage and look at the headlines and links under “Join the Play 60 Movement.” You should see the winners of the “Touchdown Dance Challenge” (Congratulations Rogers Middle School on being the National Winner), then the “Fuel Up to Play 60 Pledge.” After both of those headlines and links you should see the “Fuel Up to Play 60 Casting Call Challenge!” Or, you can click on this link. Then tell us what YOUR school has done to make healthy changes in your district, and you can win an Xbox Kinect. If your story wins, your school can star in an Xbox Kinect feature (like a commercial) that will run during an NFL game! Also, add a picture of your school adding healthy activities, making changes, or being active together through Fuel Up to Play 60, which would be a great addition to your success story.
Last school year, my school (River Ridge Middle School) was the National Winner of the “Physical Activity Skit Challenge” and this fall we will be having a Green Bay Packer Player visit our school. We will also be receiving an Xbox Kinect! We plan to have the NFL appearance on our Fuel Up to Play 60 Kickoff Day, and we want to use the Xbox to show students that there are FUN video games that get you on your feet, moving, and being active! We can’t wait to meet our Packer Player and receive our Xbox Kinect. My whole school is extremely excited!
