I recently had the chance to go to the pre-inaugural family day for Ohio’s governor, John Kasich. Fuel Up to Play 60 had a whole room for us to promote this amazing program! Families with kids of all ages came to see what we were doing. Some of the stuff that visitors could do was get milk and cheese sticks, take pictures with life size pictures of NFL players, and sign up for the program online. They could also get some physical activity with hula hoops and Frisbees. My friend Olivia (another Ambassador) dressed up as a cow to go around and tell people about milk! I got to lead her around the building. Little kids would come up to pose for pictures and I would tell them about what milk did for us. They would walk away with huge smiles on their faces!
Another cool thing we did was lead the families in the happy dance. They got to get active in a fun way! Even Chomps, the mascot of the Cleveland Browns, joined in! It was a lot of fun teaching other people in my community about something that’s so important to me! I want to continue doing events like this because it feels great to tell others about Fuel Up to Play 60. Keep earning Points and telling others about Fuel Up to Play 60 and maybe someday your local dairy council will invite you to an event like this!

Hey, maybe u should become an ambassador on fuel up to play 60! Exercise is important for kids, so u should start doing a sport or exercising.
