During April, there was important event in Montana! It was No Kid Hungry Week! A few months ago I submitted an application to be on the Governor and First Lady of Montana’s No Kid Hungry Youth Council.
I was accepted and went to the Capitol Building in Helena for a retreat! The meeting was to talk about having an event on Montana No Kid Hungry Week. I planned with my teachers and principal and I created a massive food drive for our school, almost like how my Fuel Up to Play 60 events were planned! Then, I sat out in the front of the school and ended up collecting 500 pounds of food!
