Dottie W. Huddle PhotoRaffles are a great way to get Fuel Up to Play 60 started in your school. Not only do they provide a cool and fun incentive for students and teachers, but they also can get so many people involved with Fuel Up to Play 60! This is something that I am doing in my school in Houston, TX. First, we would let everyone know about the program by announcing information on the morning announcements, hanging up posters, and telling our friends. Next, we held the raffle: everyone who signs up for Fuel Up to Play 60 on the website would put their name and GSG (homeroom) teacher on a slip. They would place the slip in a box, where their name would be entered in the raffle that would give them the chance to win an autographed mini-helmet! Of course, everyone else who participated received a Fuel Up to Play 60 wristband, too. Anyway, it was an awesome turnout and an exciting way to spread awareness and get more people signed up on the website! Hopefully you can do this in your school too!
